Sited at the northern edge of the Englischer Garten, the "Aumeister" enjoys an idyllic and peaceful location amongst the greenery. The surrounding Isar meadows offer a bit of untouched nature in the heart of the city.
Our traditional beer garden is the perfect place to enjoy a cool beer and Bavarian-Mediterranean delicacies, including our Steckerlfisch (smoked fish on a stick), under the chestnut trees after a cycling tour or a relaxed wander through the Englischer Garten.
We offer everything from classic crispy grilled chicken to home-made Obazda (savoury Bavarian cheese spread), with oven-fresh pretzels, coffee, fresh Auszogne (Bavarian doughnuts) and various types of crepe and strudel as well as a rotating range of daily specials.
Our gill offers Wiener schnitzel a la minute and Asian dishes upon request. For your entertainment, we also offer various events with music and dancing (May Day, Fathers Day, Summer fêtes, Cagey Strings, Isarrider and Familie Servi)
